IMPORTANT — READ BEFORE PURCHASE

This listing is for an Extended Warranty Add-On for hybrid batteries purchased from Biggs Motoring Auto Parts & Accessories.

This warranty is PARTS ONLY.
It covers the battery/pack we sold you for the selected term starting from the original delivery date.

What this warranty covers (Parts Only)

If your hybrid battery/pack purchased from our store is found to have a warranty-covered defect/failure, we will provide (at our option):

• A replacement battery/pack, or

• Replacement modules/parts, or

• A repair/rebuild replacement part

What is NOT covered

This warranty does NOT cover:

• Labor of any kind (installation/removal)

• Diagnosis or troubleshooting fees

• Vehicle wiring issues, ECU issues, inverter/DC-DC issues, 12V battery issues, relays, fuses, sensors

• Improper installation, misuse, water damage, accident damage, corrosion due to environment

• Modifications or tampering (opened case, cut seals, altered wiring, missing labels)

• Normal wear items not included with the battery purchase

• Towing, rentals, downtime, lost income, incidental or consequential damages

Requirements to make a claim

To submit a warranty claim you must provide:

• Original order number (battery purchase)

• VIN + mileage at time of issue

• Clear photos/video of the battery label/serial + installation

• Any diagnostic info (codes, symptoms)

Return of the original part may be required before replacement is issued.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return any warranty item unless otherwise stated.

Eligibility (very important)

• Must be purchased WITHIN 30 days of the hybrid battery order (or same checkout).

• Applies to ONE battery/pack order only (one serial/order number).

• Warranty is non-transferable unless we approve in writing.

How we deliver the warranty

After purchase, we will send you:

• A warranty certificate / confirmation tied to your battery order # and serial.
